I am a medical graduate from Bangalore, India. Considering the code red situation the environment is facing, I've decided to explore career options in the field of environment, sustainable development and education. My search has begun recently and i'm also reading up on as many issues as possible. My family, friends and teachers have luckily been helpful and supportive of my decision and i just hope things work out. I recently finished a community health fellowship with an NGO in Bangalore, which gave me a better idea about fieldwork and the intimate relation of environment with health. I am now working as a research assistant in the field of environmental health at a central government agency.
